PAYMENT TERMS
Ethereal Beaute requires payment on completion of your appointment unless an alternative arrangement is made. We accept Cash and Eftpos payments.
GUARANTEES
Ethereal Beaute can make no guarantee as to your individual results or how long your cosmetic tattoo or eyelash extensions will last. Client results will vary from person to person. Although it is effective and cosmetic tattoos can last over a year in most cases, no guarantee can be made about the length of time they will last. Since everyone’s skin is different, it is very important that each client understands that we cannot guarantee how long the pigment will retain in your skin. Retention depends on your skin type, skin texture, body response and aftercare. After the perfection touch up, a colour refresh is recommended every year to 2 years, but results will vary from person to person. There are times where a third session may be required.

Ethereal Beaute cannot guarantee how long lash extensions will last as each individual is different. On rare occasions if lash extensions applied by us have fallen out significantly (more than half the set) if contacted within 48 hours of appointment we will do a complimentary refill.
BOOKING POLICY AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All appointments with a duration longer than 45 minutes require a non-refundable booking fee at the time of booking. The booking fee is transferable to another appointment time, if more than 24 hours notice of a cancellation/change has been given.
Booking fee can be paid online, over the phone with card details, or in person at the salon.
We accept payment by cash, EFTPOS, VISA and MasterCard.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you may do so on this website or by sending us a message, any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Any appointment canceled within 24 hours, booking fee will be forfeited. If you miss an appointment without contacting us within the required time, this is considered a missed appointment your deposit will be forfeited and may not be able to book in future appointments.
LATE POLICY
If a client is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice for a scheduled appointment, we will consider this a missed appointment.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Ethereal Beaute, nor any of its directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website, services rendered, and products sold whether such liability is under contract. Ethereal Beaute, including its directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website, services rendered, and products sold
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OUR SERVICES
Prices are subject to change; however, we will honour the price your appointment was associated with upon booking.

For Cosmetic Tattoos:
Prices are subject to changes and further charges may be applicable for corrective work (i.e. correction of another technician's work).
Touch up and colour refresh is only applicable to our current clients.

If you have an existing cosmetic tattoo and you wish for us to enhance and/or change your existing tattoo, please email us a few close-up photos so we can determine if we can help.​
Each new client is required to attend two sessions; one being the initial procedure and the other a touch up session is to perfect any areas that did not held from the first session 4-8 weeks later. If a client fails to make it to their touch-up appointment by 10 weeks an extra fee will be added to the touch-up appointment.
Please note that on rare occasions, a client may need a third session due to having a skin type that is more resistant to the implantation of pigment or from incorrect aftercare taken and will be charged accordingly.

For Eyelash Extensions:
Eyelash extensions infills are only for lashes that have been applied by us last. Anyone with lashes applied elsewhere will need to book in for a removal and new set.
Infills are to be done within 2-3 weeks and with at least 40% remaining otherwise a full set may be charged.
